An account is required to access features of WeTrackgames. If you create an account on WeTrackGames your email address is the only truly personal information we require. Even so, we take the information you provide to us very seriously, and we strive to put you in control of decisions around your information. We will never share your personal data without your permission, and you are free to delete your account at any time.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for a WeTrackGames account, we ask for a username and email address. The purpose of that is so you can personalize your account, recover last passwords, receive information, etc. We will never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won't use your name in any marketing material without your permission.

Information from Integrated Services.

You may opt to use the WeTrackGames Discord bot in the Settings menu. This will allow Discord to authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us. The only information we will retain locally for your WeTrackGames account is your Discord User ID. If you choose to provide such information, WeTrackGames will treat the information as Personal Information and will use it in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Security & Encryption

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Data isn’t encrypted while it’s live in our database (since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it), but we go to great lengths to secure your data at rest.

Deleted data

When you choose to "Delete Personal Data" you will, in effect, be deleting your account immediately. This is a permanent action that we cannot recover from.

This Site is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.
